We were very lucky to find our tour operator and to work with him. He made our trip to New Zealand very special. He incorporated all our wishes and created an excellent itinerary for us. All activities were just perfect, we would not change any of them, and his selection of accommodations was great. He knows New Zealand very well, provided guidance videos, and answered all our questions. In addition, he monitored our trip and helped to rearrange transportation when we had unexpected delays. We would highly recommend him and use the Zicasso travel agency's help again for our future trip to New Zealand.
