New Zealand Luxury Tour Review: Three-Week Trip

The accommodations, activities, guides, and drivers were excellent and met or exceeded our expectations. In this respect, we feel Zicasso’s travel agent understood our requests very well.

However, after she went on maternity leave, we had minimal communication with the travel company. We were not contacted during our three-week tour, even after a location error sent us an hour out of our way, causing us to almost miss a tour.

In addition, the app provided wasn’t specific enough in terms of which tours and breakfasts were prepaid. The app itinerary and descriptions appeared to be generic and didn’t pertain to our specific schedule. Some of the written information we received did not align with the app information.
