We had an absolutely wonderful trip to New Zealand and were helped every step of the way by the travel planner at this tour company.
Her grasp of our goals was complete. From our initial ideas she created a fully realized itinerary.
Her Tour Book was a comprehensive guide that we were able to depend on in every way.  She even included suggestions for hikes!
We stayed in beautiful lodgings, were met promptly at airports by drivers and all car rental arrangements went smoothly.
I think it is fair to describe this trip as seamless.
