Our trip planner from this travel company was terrific. She Had great recommendations, and was very responsive and thorough. All the activities she arranged for us went off without a hitch, and we had a terrific time. 5 star experience, would definitely recommend.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Accommodations and activities were all very high quality, and logistics were seamless. It was all arranged in advance and all we had to do was show up. Made it very easy.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would request a more upgraded hotel in Rotorua. The one we had was not great. (The other two were lovely though.)
