New Zealand Luxury Vacation Review: Auckland, 25-Day Tour

Our tour operator worked with us to plan this trip in January 2020. It was supposed to be for my husband's 60th in March 2021. Obviously, that didn't happen, but she kept in touch with us and as soon as New Zealand opened up, the planning continued. We were there from November 27 to December 16 and it was a perfect trip! The lodgings Zicasso’s agent chose were outstanding and all our excursions were fantastic. She truly listened to what we wanted and delivered.

We also appreciated her flexibility with changing things at the last minute and being "on the ground" while we were there to answer any questions or tweak any experiences.
