Zicasso was fantastic.  My first time working with a travel agent company and I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job.  The process was easy.  They were very attentive to exactly what I was looking for.  They incorporated my points of interest I had already heard about and suggested their own to build my itinerary.  With they're expertise and guidance I fit way more into the duration of my travel than if I had attempted it alone.
