New Zealand Travel Review: Custom Highlights of New Zealand Vacation, Wellington, Queenstown, Kaikoura, Whale Watching

This New Zealand travel company was a pleasure to work with.  Kate was very responsive and knowledgeable about the trip and the many options.  While we usually do all our own research and bookings, given the great diversity, the many options, and the length of our trip, 3 weeks, we decided to have a travel professional do this for us.  In all, the accommodations she selected were very nice, comfortable and well situated, and the tours we added to the trip were very good.  The changes we had to do while on the trip (mostly due to bad weather which caused cancellations of three of our tours) were assisted by Kate and we were able to get full refunds for tours not taken.  While I am sure we could have cut costs by trying to book ourselves, the value of having a true professional and location expert made the service fully worth it.
