New Zealand Travel Review: Queenstown, Canterbury Hot Air Balloon Ride, Wanaka Wine Tour, Tongariro Alpine Crossing, Milford Sound

Zicasso set us up with this travel agent to help us plan our three week vacation. Our agent was able to work with us through email alone to book our hotel, rental car, and general activity accommodations. Her recommended hotel accommodations were expensive four and five star hotels, but we were able to work with her to book some nights at cheaper hotels to bring the trip closer to our budget, once we mentioned we were willing to stay at three star hotels for a cheaper price. When we arrived to New Zealand, we had large folder with all of our travel vouchers and large stack of activity pamphlets and maps. Overall, the trip was very well organized and we were happy with all of the activities the travel agent suggested.
