Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We really appreciated the package that was designed for us. I was not happy that every reservation was under my sons name even though I was the one that booked and paid for the trip. It should not be assumed that “the male” is the responsible person.

I wanted and requested an itemized expense report of my trip several times and I was told that it was not available. I have to trust that the company was honest with me in how they spent the money I paid them for my vacation. It doesn’t make me feel very safe about the amount of money I spent on the trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The personal tours and small groups was our most enjoyable parts of our trip. The hotel in Christchurch was my sons favorite place to stay.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I wouldn’t plan so many activities in one day. I would give myself some down time to get around and to recover.

I’m so sorry, we did ask everyone to book everything under the name Khristine and Chandler, our mistake, my mistake not stressing to them, our suppliers, mother and son travelling - hence some very wrongly assumed Chandler to be your husband!
