New Zealand Vacation Review: Rotorua, Aoraki / Mount Cook, Local Cuisine, Wine Experience, Museums, 14-Day Trip

From our first phone call, we enjoyed and appreciated our interactions with Zicasso's travel partner. She was very warm, friendly, and helpful in prioritizing the places in New Zealand and activities we would most enjoy, given the limited time available for our trip (just under two weeks).

With short notice and during peak season, she quickly put together a fantastic itinerary that included several locations on both islands, a variety of accommodations, transportation modes, and tour sizes.

She provided a detailed itinerary, including booking numbers and contact info, and was accessible by phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp.

We had a wonderful time and really felt we were getting a thorough and genuine New Zealand experience via activities we especially liked (we prioritized outdoor experiences, food and wine).

Every activity/tour was top-notch and most every guide and driver was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The suggested additional walks and restaurants were excellent.

The itinerary was quite packed, with just enough downtime, and we were a little disappointed when a couple of activities were canceled or rescheduled due to weather.
