Norway Luxury Vacation Review: Northern Lights, Hiking, Cooking Class, One-Week Trip

The stay at our lodge was great! The food was exquisite and it was amazing to try so many truly fresh foods. Our hike to the cabin was breathtaking and the King Crab Safari was so much fun. The crab we tasted, while still on the boat, was the best I have ever had.

Our guide was a true delight and the cabins were perfect for us. We were treated to an amazing Northern Lights show just after midnight on our second night of the stay.

The snow hotel was a great experience. It was fun to spend time with the huskies. The food was great (definitely try the reindeer burger).

We found we were the only ones booked in the snow hotel the night we were there. While my wife and I were concerned about sleeping in the cold, the sleeping bags worked their charm. It was genuinely one of the best night's sleep we had on our trip.

Our stay in Alta was the perfect way for us to wind down our journey. Spending time with the hotel owner and the huskies on our hike was so peaceful and enjoyable. You can tell the dogs are well taken care of and loved.

The chef was amazing and we genuinely enjoyed our cooking class. My wife is not a chef, so she had reservations, but even she loved it.
