Our Zicasso tour operator was absolutely amazing. She was very easy to work with, understood our needs, and booked a fantastic trip of a lifetime for us to Norway to see the Northern Lights. Everything was spot-on.

Due to inclement weather conditions, we did not see the lights, unfortunately, and some excursions were canceled, but she worked super hard on reorganizing some of the planned trips. She was in constant contact with us from the time we landed until we arrived home safely.

Living in the USA, deposits and payments were super easy, and there were options to do wire transfers instead of incurring credit card fees.

When we go back to the Scandinavian region, we will definitely use this travel company again!
