Peru Family Vacation Review: Lima, Sacred Valley, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, Inca Trail Hike

All in our family/friends group were more than satisfied with the arrangements made with this travel agency. Our trip was semi custom planned and the representative was excellent in meeting our requests. This courtesy continued throughout our stay as we made small changes to the itinerary as needed from time to time. Transfers and guides were all on time and most helpful. Our guides were most impressive with their friendliness and knowledge. If I had to mention a downside, I would say it was the hotel in Lima. It was quite noisy and staff was not particularly welcoming. The hotel in the Sacred Valley, on the other hand, was an oasis of calm and serenity. I would highly recommend this agency for efficiency and comfort at an affordable price.
