Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We were unable to have a phone conversation with Zicasso’s travel partner, so they did not know what we truly wanted out of the trip.

Our last day in Cusco was really hectic. We would have preferred walking around Cusco’s downtown versus visiting archaeological sites. The guides provided were excellent and very punctual.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything was taken care of. We did not need to worry about anything or navigating getting to places.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would choose better hotels. Those provided were disappointing.
