This travel company was very responsive and provided very good service - we had a wonderful trip.  What was especially helpful was the smooth logistical support.  Since we were a group of four, we had the use of a private van and a driver from one city/country to the next.   
The company's representatives in the US and in Eastern Europe were attentive to our interests and came up with a great itinerary.  They were extremely flexible in their approach and made a concerted effort to be responsive.  A local phone was provided throughout the trip which was very much appreciated.  
Hotels: 
One in Prague we cannot recommend.
