Mariana and the travel agency were excellent. Responsive and attention to detail with responses. Listened to my requests and interests. Every experience was good and matched our family of 4 well. All guides were great and commented on how much they like working with Mariana’s clients. Every transfer went smoothly. No surprises. Very organized planning and execution. Traveling requires some flexibility, but for the most part this trip went off like clockwork. The hotels she assisted us in selecting were all excellent. Locations and gorgeous properties were excellent. She was helpful in helping us make dinner reservations and gave us plenty of alternative options and options for lunch. Tour guides that felt like they were passionate about their country and region. And made us feel taken care of. Going above and beyond their job. Our guide in Lisbon , and two of the drivers were so excellent. One of our drivers would text me through What’s app things to see even though he was not with us or in that location. He was a tour guide driver with excellent dining recommendations.
