Zicasso's travel agent was a true professional! She gave us a whole range of options for a two-week trip to Portugal and we ended up with a fantastic itinerary. Everything went off perfectly, with not a single hitch. Her attention to detail and amazing communication were much appreciated, as was the 100-plus-page final itinerary she bound for us and left in our first hotel room. We used it the entire trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We visited five different areas of Portugal, which enabled us to see a lot of the country. Most unique were probably the four days in Madeira, but everywhere we went was great: Porto, Pinhao (in the Douro Valley), Evora, and Lisbon. They were all unique.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We wouldn’t change a thing.
