I have used Zicasso for over 10 years, visiting a variety of continents and countries, and our family excursion planned by our tour operator was one of the best. They listened to our wants and needs, and crafted fun, active, and informative days, while allowing time to relax and rest before the next day's adventure.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our travel agency has relationships with amazing guides and partners. The guides were energetic, smart, and really connected with the family. We were able to walk Lisbon, hike in Sintra, visit medieval Obidos, bike and hike in the Douro Valley, as well enjoy Port tastings and wine-paired luncheons. We never felt over-scheduled and were able to relax in beautiful accommodations.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Our trip was so well planned, we would do it exactly the same! And our travel agency was incredibly accommodating with the last-minute change we made.
