I would - without a question - not use this tour company and look for a travel specialist who made our trip feel special and who invested in us as customers.

First of all thank you for choosing Zicasso for your travel experience to Portugal.  We are saddened and disappointed that we could not make your recent trip to Portugal more memorable.  I have tasked my customer service team to review your itinerary in detail and unfortunately we have found that there was a lack of communication and some confusion especially in dealing with the timing of some of the tours and pick up times.  We sincerely apologize as that is not our normal standard.  
We believe the success of any itinerary starts with the planning process and we should have made this process more efficient and clear from the beginning.  As per our recent phone conversation, we have spoken with your tour guides in Portugal and they both greatly enjoyed guiding you around this beautiful country, and they share our disappointment that we could not meet and exceed your expectations. 
Your feedback and comments although not as positive as we would like is extremely important to us. We have met with our product team to review your comments and stress the importance to improve the overall planning and itinerary experience for each one of our travelers.  We value our partnership with Zicasso and we are working hard to ensure we exceed our own standards for tour quality and experience for all new requests.
