Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Zicasso’s is a travel company that treats you like family. They were so personable and made every effort to fulfill our travel experience wishes. From the start to the end they treated us like relatives, even escorting us into the airport, all the way to security. Great people and organization.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Though not part of the original itinerary, I expressed a desire to ride the trolley in Lisbon. Our guide arranged a taxi ride to the beginning of the route and we rode across the city and still made all of the sites as planned.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We might add a little more free time.
