Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The travel agency did a great job in building out the personalized itinerary that we were looking for. Jose was very responsive to my emails, and our guide was very quick at reading our group's preferences and adjusted the stops and activities accordingly. The team was flexible, and able to accommodate requirements of three generations.
The vehicle that transported us for 12 days were very clean and comfortable. We all had a memorable time in Portugal, and are already recommending this travel company to our friends who are now itching to follow our path through this amazing country.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

That's really hard to say because every city, town, and villages we stopped at had its own charm. If we had to pick, it'd probably be Douro Valley. The views were just gorgeous, food and wine were great.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I'd do less in Lisboa and Porto. To see the highlights required us to move pretty fast, and didn't allow us enough time to relax and take in the ambience. To be more precise, 1) do only food tours rather than combine food and city tours, and 2) have more free time to explore the cities on our own based on the tour company's suggested stops.
