Portugal Vacation Review: Lisbon, Madeira, Sao Miguel Island, 16-Night Tour

Our tour was organised by the travel agency through the only and most amazing agent Filomena. I have no enough words to describe the amazing job she did. Everything was simply amazing. she was very approchable, easy to communicate with, and answers all our quiries promptly even during the weekends. the from and to the airport (or trains) were very ontime and efficient and helpful,Starting from the hotels, all were 4 stars, amazing location, excellent service.  The trips in each city was outstanding, the chosed places, the timing anf the guides were all superb, we saw all important sites and more. The choice of the cities was excellent, starting in Lisbon and ending in Sao Miguel (relaxing at the end). She even gave us a router to use during our trip, that was amazing and came to the hotel before our final departure to say goodbye.
I can not thank her and the whole team for the amazing job, and will definately recommend her for all my family and friends.
