Review: Africa Safari, Botswana, Okavango Delta

This Africa safari travel agency was great at giving us perspective on Botswana as far as when and where to go in the country. This travel agent has a great deal of experience in the area and was very nice about sharing this with us. She got to know us pretty well and from there made specific recommendations as to which lodges we should visit. We ended up really enjoying our time in the area. Our primary issue is that once the reservations were made, follow up from the firm was ok, but not great. The last time we heard from anyone at the travel agency was several weeks before the trip. Fortunately, things went fine, but we would have liked a little more communication about some of the details along the way.
