Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our travel agency was an incredible partner for me as I planned a surprise Christmas trip to Tanzania. I knew I wanted to use miles for the flights so that would mandate the schedule and the team at the travel company not only helped, but was incredibly encouraging of the surprise element. Every lodge and tent camp exceeded expectations. Every safari was more unique and built on the last. Could not thank them enough or recommend them enough!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved our guide, who we had the entire 10 days. We loved the lodges and camps and the fact that we were in a private safari SUV and could facilitate our experience to fit our daily ideas. Loved the food. Loved the people of Tanzania. Truly life changing!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would probably try to add 3 days and go down to Zanzibar. And we would change out our Arusha lodge to one we found the final day. (nothing wrong with the one we had but River Trees looked amazing!). Other than that: NOTHING!
