Different time of year.  We were expecting warm and it wasn't.  Would also like to see some Northern areas next, like Brisbane, Cannes, etc..

We sincerely apologize for the transfer not taking place back to the Melbourne Airport. Our agent called the transfer company to ensure all was booked correctly after you were advised upon reconfirmation there was no reservation. The transfer company updated their records and advised us they did come to the hotel to transfer you to the airport. Clearly the transfer company did not meet their obligations for the appropriate time in this instance and we are refunding you in full for the transfer. We are delighted you enjoyed your trip to Australia and apologize again for the transfer company not fulfilling their obligations.
