The agency convinced us to do organized things that were useless and could have been done on our selves, even after insisting that we do not like group travel and my wife is a photographer. This was my input when we started the conversation. So it gives a feeling of increased costs to have a better margin. Clearly would never book again with this company and especially not recommend to anybody. Learnt a clear lesson that what worked the last times in different countries did not work with this travel company.

Highly disappointed from the guidance and the documentation provided (to our surprise the famous tour documentation sent to us by Mail was the same that was sent by e-mail). Apart from not arriving on time two times (Brazil and first destination) the content was weak. If you already do it, then send leaflets or descriptions where to find the different points. If you expect the client to google everything, well then you are not needed.

Not advising us on the restrictions from the airline to Kangaroo Island is a travel agent mistake I have not seen before. Ended up paying for luggage that we could have avoided simply by packing differently and leave one piece of luggage behind.
