Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was wonderful and the company was great. They planned the trip we wanted and the itinerary was excellent. Overall, the guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Their warmth in welcoming us to their country, let us know from the beginning we were in great hands. The had us in mind from hotels to activities to excellent food recommendations. We stayed at El Faro Beach Hotel near Manuel Antonio and Los Lagos Hotel by Arenal volcano. Both hotels were within our budget, we really received the best treatment wherever we went on this trip. I can't wait to plan my next trip with this travel company!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It's very hard to pick out the most enjoyable part of the trip, there were so many highlights. If I had to pick one, I think the river rafting was a highlight. Our guide was excellent and even helped us find the sloths in the trees.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Without a doubt, we would've spent more time in the Manuel Antonio area. If unable to extend the trip by an extra day or two, we would've spent one less day in Arenal and one more day in Manuel Antonio giving us a free day at the beach. The only negative we have from the trip was the 'bus' ride from river rafting to Arenal. The bus was crowded, hot, smelly and old. The trip was long and the driver was obviously not a Zicasso driver because he didn't have the warm and friendly attitude the rest of the Zicasso drivers had.
