Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Overall, the trip was excellent. Our travel agent did a great job helping me arrange the trip. I would say that I was not happy about two out of three of the accommodations and there was some finger pointing that was unnecessary. My feedback was that I would not recommend the hotel on Hvar to anyone. Also, I was very unhappy with the lack of travel agent knowledge about out original hotel in Dubrovnik. It was not what I had been sold on and I had to handle getting the hotel to transfer us to one of their other hotels.

I will look at using Zicasso again for help with Vietnam and Thailand.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The driver and tour guide (one and the same) in Split was wonderful. The absolute favorite part of the trip was Dubrovnik. Once transferred to the hotel in Dubrovnik, our trip was a dream.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would not go back to split, once was enough, and I definitely would NOT go back to Hvar. I would pick another island and I would go back to Dubrovnik.

First of all I want to thank you for your review at Zicasso's review site. I know you were not completely happy with your accommodations and I hope you did not missunderstand my e-mails. I had only good attentions during the entire booking process. I do care a lot about each client and I wish I could have given you better hotels but unfortunately this year prices in Croatia went up a lot and I did not have much of a choice for the given budget. The budget you had was not small but the prices in hotels were very high during July season.
I am so happy that you had a chance to stay in the Dubrovnik hotel and I am very happy to see that you enjoyed it! I honestly hope you will keep good memories of Croatia.
