Review: Croatia Vacation, Vis, Split, Hvar, Dubrovnik, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Boating

The trip was fantastic. The agency representatives were helpful and responsive. Their website made it easy to pick hotels and day tours. Our hotels were even nicer than we expected and the locations were terrific. We loved our "in-country" contact. She answered all of our questions quickly and even helped us schedule activities that weren't offered on the list. She checked in with us throughout our trip. When clothing items were accidentally left behind in one city, she retrieved them and had them delivered to the next town. She also recognized that it was my husband's birthday during the trip and sent a bottle of wine and had the hotel deliver a little cake. A very nice touch. I wish we could give 4.5 stars. The only reason it's not 5 is we wish the agency could have also arranged air travel directly. It was difficult securing hotel pricing and airfare on the same day to know exactly what our cost would be.
