Review: European Vacation, Poland & Czech Republic, Warsaw, Krakow, Prague, Jewish Museum

This was our first trip to Poland and the Czech Republic. Even though I'm a seasoned traveler, I didn't know anything about this part of the world. Our travel agent helped us at each step. When she wasn't available, the other staff were equally helpful. The entire trip went exactly according to script. All connections were made on time.  We use personal guides when we travel and each one who was assigned by this travel agency was excellent. They took their time and answered any and all questions. This is the 4th trip that Zicasso agents have scheduled for us and each one has gone without a hitch.
