Our travel agency planned and communicated with us by email and phone since we began planning our trip---and it was months.

We were first in Portugal and then in Spain. Our agent booked hotels, tours, car rentals, air and train tickets, etc. All were good.

The guides we had were excellent---it might have been the "luck of the draw", but they were all excellent.

Great communication, changes we wanted were made promptly, all our "picky" questions answered. A travel agency representative called us at our hotel in the middle of our trip to check on everything....

We have complete satisfaction with the company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Although I had been in Spain and Portugal years ago, my wife was on her first visit. Thus, the sights and sites which are the most impressive throughout the centuries are very memorable: the Alhambra, the Alcazar, the Prado and other museums, the Douro Valley in Portugal, and most of the hotels we stayed in were very, very enjoyable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We might have allocated our number of days in some places differently. That is, more days here and fewer days there. But those details were our choices.
