Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our guides and drivers were all punctual and courteous. The itinerary was delivered as promised except for one tour. We reported the experience to the tour operator after the trip and they responded professionally.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The tapas tour in Madrid was absolutely fantastic. We tasted so many varieties of food in different tapas bars and restaurants. Our guide was knowledgable and professional.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would not change much. The flamingo show in Seville ended a little late and we had to wake up real early the next morning to catch a flight. A later flight time will be a better option.

Your overall comments on Zicasso?

Zicasso connected us to an experienced local tour operator which saved us a lot of work and time.
