I had good service and comunication prior to the trip, but during the trip I had to make some changes and the girl who was helping me wasn't as kind to help me, all the time the first answer was I Am sorry I can't. So I think is important to help also during the trip, because when we plan we are not tired, and do not if your family will like the things during the stay. The transportation service from airports, and train station was excellent.
