This company is a great travel agency. Our agent was professional, friendly, and helpful. Her recommendations on most of the tours was very helpful. The cell phone that the company provided for local use was invaluable.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We traveled with our children, ages 11 and 14. They enjoyed the pizza & gelato class in Florence, the mask making class in Venice, and the Vespa tour of Italy. We also loved the walking food tour in Rome. Besides the planned tours/classes, we just loved finding eateries & gelato shops recommended by locals.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would not book the hotel in Rome. The air conditioner was not working properly & guest services was unable to lower the temperature in the room any more. It was, however, in a good location. We would also not book the Lake Maggiore Express trip from Stresa to Switzerland. Our entire family got motion sickness from the 3 hour boat ride, then the 2 hour train ride back.
