Review: Family Vacation in Italy, Florence, Tuscany, Sorrento

We has a fantastic 12 day vacation in Italy that was very well planned by this travel agent at Zicasso travel. The trip was for 18 of my family members and it was a large group with many different wants and needs. Our travel agent was very patient during the planning process and created a perfect trip for my family. We couldn't be more pleased with the  hotel selection, guides and excursions. The guides and the buses were on time and the guides helped up with each of our hotel check in and made the process very easy!
