Review: Family Vacation to Spain & Morocco, Barcelona, Atlas Mountains

Would have had a different tour guide in Morocco.

Thank you for your time and support writing this review. Firstly, regarding the guide in Morocco, I am sorry for the mix up we had. Personally, I trust all our guides and I know them personally but this guide broke the trust I had in him and he made some unfortunate decisions at his own risk. I trusted him and he had guided in the past other travelers who have rated our services with 5-star, but I don’t know why he decided to make some decisions he didn’t have to. 

I really thank you for the sincere conversation we had during your trip and I will be sure that this will not happen again in the future. I thank you for your understanding I am happy that we were able to fix this while you were in Spain.

Secondly, it makes me happy to read that your family and you took back home good memories of the special lunch at the Atlas Mountains or how much your family and you enjoyed your days in Spain.
