My son and I just completed an incredible 10 day trip to Spain and our experience working with this travel agent and her team was absolutely outstanding!!!! Our agent put together the most amazing itinerary complete with hotels, travel arrangements, and private tours. From the beginning of the planning process, she listened carefully to our objectives and preferences for the trip and put together the perfect mix of tours and activities for us. Having read reviews from others on the Zicasso site who had used this travel agent, we felt confident we could trust her recommendations and we were not disappointed. Not only did she organize a great trip for us, but she also was our personal tour guide for the first couple days of the trip in Córdoba which was an added bonus. Her knowledge of Andalusia and personal recommendations made the trip even more special. While putting together a great itinerary is critical, what really made the trip were the people that this agent uses for tours and transportation. Everyone was just incredibly professional and knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with ensuring we had a fantastic experience. It could not have been a better trip as a result. I cannot recommend this travel agent and her company highly enough. It was simply a phenomenal experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We spent 7 nights in Andalusia (Córdoba, Sevilla, Ronda, and Granada) and 3 nights in Barcelona and were just blown away by the beauty of the country and its people. Our travel agent prepared a wide variety of cultural experiences for us from wine and olive tasting tours in the Andalusian countryside to a flamenco and tapas tour in Sevilla along with private guided tours of each city and their major historical sites which really helped us get acclimated and best enjoy each city. Again, the people that this agent uses for these excursions and tours were what really made the difference. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful and just gave us a rich appreciation for the country and its history, traditions, etc. In addition, our travel agent's itinerary was full of great restaurant and tapas bar recommendations which did not disappoint either! And it didn’t hurt that we had the most amazing weather!!! We highly recommend late May / early June in Andalusia and Barcelona!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

For a 10 night itinerary, I really wouldn’t change a thing. I would have loved to have had at least another night in each city, but we wanted to see each of the cities we visited and were limited to 10 nights so we made the most of it. Again, if you give this travel agent the parameters of your trip, you can trust that she will put together the best itinerary to meet your objectives and give you a great experience. Oh, and make sure you listen to her when she suggests a night or two in Ronda. It wasn’t on our radar screen before the trip, but what an amazing little city . . . absolutely stunning!!!
