We have only good things to say about Zicasso. It was a great option for planning our trip! We were matched with a wonderful travel agent and off we went. Our tour guides in each city in SE Asia were more attentive than we could have imagined. The experience was one we'll never forget.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Elephant Discovery in Chang Mai was great to see how gentle elephants are and they were not tied up at all
Lantern Festival in Chang Mai was an experience - however, some people may feel very unsafe as we were on a crowded bridge with traffic continuing to go through and lanterns being lit. However, there's nothing like being among the crowd and getting right in.
Loved eating food along the streets.
The tour guides were overly attentive, we were blown away by the service of our travel company

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We wouldn't have ended our trip in Vietnam since our flight home was departing Bangkok. This added an additional flight and a 5 hour layover in the airport.
