We had a wonderful time with this travel planner, who is really an expert on Iceland. He was kind, responsive and great company to be with. He had good suggestions for us to personalize our experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our favorite 3 days were as follows:

*highlands tour with canyon hike to a waterfall. We did not see anyone all day.

*highlands tour with hike in Landmannalaugar with our travel planner - also very few people seen that day.

The landscapes and nature was just gorgeous!

We also enjoyed the Snaesfellsness Peninsula on our own - walking through Lava Fields and sandy mountains, and delicious mussels.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Weather played a factor more than we expected. We essentially lost two hiking days with our travel planner due to wind/rain which was too bad.
