Excellent customer service and flawless logistics. The local smart phone was a godsend and a very noice touch. Would use these travel planners again without any questions. Our agent was awesome, helpful and always available.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We came for the art in Rome and Florence and were not disappointed, despite the crowds at the popular sites.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Ride more trains. Spend more time in small towns in the countryside or on the coast off the tourist path.
