This agent was the first company to respond when we inquired about planning a trip. He was responsive, informative and a pleasure to work with. I was a little concerned as we were planning the trip as we were doing many things and moving all over being picked up and dropped off all over Italy.  From the moment we walked off the plane until we were dropped off at the cruise port in Rome, everything went off without a hitch. He made the trip easy and every guide and driver we met was personable, informative, and professional. We could not have asked for anything better. We were also very pleased with all of the hotels.
