We couldn't be more impressed with this company and their leadership team, especially our agents! The detailed level of planning they did on our behalf was exceptional. Every place we visited, the details were handled. Our hotels were great. Our drivers were great. Our tour guides were great. Service by their team was excellent, always prompt and courteous. If you are particular about details and want everything to come off as planned, this is the way to go! We recommend this travel company without reservation.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The walking tours of each city, the museum visits, the church and cathedral visits, the duomos, and running a half marathon in Verona on Valentine's Day! Our tour guides made our walking tours super enjoyable. Ask for them by name and if available, they are each wonderful.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We visited Venice, Verona, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Rome. If we were to plan this trip again, we would spend more time in Florence (we were there 4 nights), and stay at least 1 night in Siena (we did a day trip). What we would do the same is to have private guided walking tours in each city, and private drivers for day trips to surrounding cities for day visits.
