This travel agent and her company did a fantastic job planning our trip to Italy.  We are a family of five with three teenagers, and were taking our first trip to Italy.  Our agent listened to our requests to experience history, art, and local culture and planned a perfect itinerary in Rome, Florence, and Milan.  The guided tours were a perfect way to be introduced to the cities.  Her recommendations for planning our days were spot on...we were able to get the kids up and moving, but had enough flex time to not feel rushed or stressed.  The hotels in each city were in great locations and met our budget and our needs.  Transportation was arranged to make for a smooth transition to each city.  Travel advice and organized paperwork made us feel more confident on our first time travelling overseas as a family.  We would highly recommend this travel agent and her services.
