My husband spent weeks setting this trip up through this travel agent. He is very detail and efficiency oriented and likes to have everything planned out in advance. She was very responsive and helpful with all of his requests. She also confirmed dinner reservations and made museum reservations. Everything went very smoothly. All of our drivers and guides were prompt, friendly and professional. The hotels were very nice and conveniently located. It was a great trip and we highly recommend this travel agent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The cooking class, Christmas markets, Segway tour in Rome, monumental cemetery in Milan.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Would not stay at the hotel Lunetta. The location, building, restaurant and staff were great. Our room and bathroom had no shelves, cupboards or functional closet space. We had to keep everything in our suitcases for the 3 days we were there and it was a nuisance. The shower had a working drain but was curbless, and water ran all over the bathroom floor even with a dam of rolled towels. It made quite a mess and took time to clean up.
