This travel agency was an outstanding travel partner in planning and executing our amazing 17 day tour of Italy!  It was absolutely everything we asked for and more!  The responsiveness of our agent and his staff was incredible.  Our hotels were perfectly arranged in each city for all that we wanted to see and do.  Our "extra" excursions were phenomenal....the private tour of the Grand Canal by boat, special romantic dinners, our cooking class in Tuscany, vineyard tours, the vespa tour on the Amalfi Coast, private boat to Capri and the Blue Grotto, and so much more.  In every city,this travel agency had a private introductory tour of that city, which opened the door to all the wonders of what we would and could experience during the next several days.  And when we missed our train in Rome, this company was there to help coordinate with our transportation on the other end, making our mess up an easy recovery.  This agent. himself, met us on our first afternoon in Venice for our own private walking tour and for a treat to his favorite gelato spot! The trip was outstanding, reasonably priced, and we made memories that will last for ever.  We will use them again on our next trip and would encourage anyone, without hesitation, to book with this company.  Enjoy your travels!
