Review: Italy Vacation, Rome, Tuscany, Cinque Terre, Ravello

A lovely trip experience! We appreciated how quickly the staff responded when issues arose! Of note, we highly recommend that all non-Italian speaking guests who are staying in Vernazza Cinque Terre are informed that they are NOT brought to hotel as there are no cars allowed. We finally found the restaurant where we checked into the hotel. Also, many steps up to room carrying bags. No problem for us as we are fit, but others may struggle. We also recommend that all drivers have a sign with first and last name of guests that they are picking up as we got into vehicle with driver holding Hughes sign and it was not our car. Overall, incredible trip!
