Our travel agent did an awesome job on our 14 day Italy trip. I honestly have ZERO complaints, only compliments! You will not be disappointed! We have never used a travel agent before, so this process was a little different for us. But after this experience we will use this company any chance we get! Our travel agent and her company were very helpful in the planning process and custom created a trip that suited our individual interests. It was impressive how well the itinerary turned out. Next, the entire trip was so seamless when moving from city to city and hotel to hotel. Our trip could have been very stressful if the movements were not so well orchestrated. Every transfer from hotel, car, train, tour guide, and hotel was very smooth. We were able to really focus on the enjoyment of our trip, rather than how we were getting places. This is very important in a 14 trip across 5-7 cities. Next, all the accommodations, travel transfers and tours were top notch. We were very impressed with the quality at each move. Lastly, our agent was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations while we were there.
Overall, we highly recommend this company. We recommend them to everyone I talk to when we talk about our Itailan vacation.
