Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Overall; this travel agent did a fine job of creating my one week request.

Few glitches that were veryyyy disappointing;

1. Full day private tour. Guide spoke no English. That was one MUST, that guides be English speaking. So for 8 hours, our guide did NOT "guide", as he spoke no English :(

2. Full day group tour; the driver picked us up as noted. Took us to square where we met with tour. However, after the long day and back to the square, where our driver was to then take us back to the accommodations, no one was there. We asked The tour guide to call us a taxi. That cost me 10€, on top of something I had already paid for.:((

3. The worst was the manager at the palazzo Bulgarinni who said I owed him 20€ for tourist tax , where my information from you stated I owed 12€. I showed him what I had in writing and gave him the 12€. He proceeded to call me" bad guy" three times, told me to get out and slammed the door behind me. It was a scary moment for me and my daughter to be screamed at, then man handled. We stood outside shaking wondering what to do next !!!! Our driver came and we told him what happened and he spoke to our agent. So this is documented.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

cooking class was very fun. But was not walking distance from our accommodations , as stated in the information. My agent was aware that I am a heart patient and requested little steps to climb. We couldn't walk back so had to call a taxi for that back. Another 7 € But the positive was the cooking class was perfectttttt. Wine tastings were very fun and perfect.

Cheese tasting was missed due to steep climb.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The two choices Siena and greve were great choices. Obviously the accomadations Pallazio should NEVER be used by your company. And another hotel was kind enuff to offer an upgrade that was well worth it. I relaid on your company and I would research it all a bit more on my own. I paid 500.00+ a day and I am curious to the actual daily expense. I understand you have to make money but when I have days with " relax" and the room is about 100€, not sure where's the rest of the daily cost. ????????! Hummmm

I wanted to follow up on your comment posted on Zicasso website.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind words about the fine job creating your one week request (with many interesting experiences and unique tours).

My first aim is always to provide the best experiences for my clients and take negative comments seriously.

Going to the few glitches you mentioned, I'm more than glad to go through them and explain you better what happened:

As for the full day private tour, that was a day in which you had a private driver (who spoke basic English) taking you to the different areas (guide was not included as per our convocation and agreed itinerary); drivers as you know are not licensed as guides (so they are not bound to speak perfect English); that's the reason why unfortunately your expectations were not fulfilled.

In the full day group tour the pick up (as per voucher and noted convocation) was included, drop off instead was at leisure (to be payed by the traveler). That's the reason why the tour guide assisted you with a taxi and you payed for the service on the spot (since the service was not included).

As for "Palazzo Bulgarini Hotel", the city tax of € 20 was required by Siena municipality for the high season in Siena (while in the low season it was € 12,00). So the owner asked the difference of € 8,00 as he does with all the guests. I immediately called him to understand why there was the misunderstanding with our great guests, and I proposed to him (in order to be kind with my travelers) to pay the difference for them.

Finally, the cooking class in Siena was 8 minute walking from the accommodation, as stated in the information, and the closest I could choose.
