If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Ask that the travel agent arrange transfer from and to the hotels and transfer more seamlessly. Often transfer by cab company failed to show up on time or did not show up at all

First of all, I would like to thank you for your kind words and positive review. I appreciate your feedback regarding both the highlights and your negative review regarding transfers

As discussed prior to your arrival in France and written on your travel road book, transfers in Paris were very problematic this year, due to the lack of drivers and I have made my best to monitor all bookings even for last minute changes your asked, at no extra cost for you.

During your 10-day trip through France, we talked on the phone several times a day to control bookings. Only a transfer was problematic as the driver was waiting for you on wrong side of the Alexander III bridge in Paris. Another driver was 10-minute late in Avignon due to traffic problem. As far as I know, there were the 2 only issues you had during your trip.

I understand that being on a foreign country might create some anxiety for the unknown, that is why we provide our clients with a 24/7 emergency phone contact to address anything that comes along.

We are glad of the other positive comments you made and hope you have enjoyed your upgrade at the hotel in Nice.
