This South America travel company was a pleasure to work with in planning my trip to Chile. They took the time to understand our preferences and did a fantastic job of matching us to hotels. Our travel company kept in contact with us throughout the trip and always had us checked in for our flights as soon as it was available.

Your overall comments on Zicasso

I have used Zicasso for two trips now and have been very satisfied.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Each phase of our trip was a knew adventure and memorable in its own right. My husband and I were both choked up when the restaurant staff surprised him with a birthday cake on our last evening.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have added one day to spend in Punta Arenas.
